Tier Maintenance Rules · MAINTENANCE
Two paths keep your sequence:
Spending OR paying the tier-retention privilege.
Retention requirement = actual annual spending points; retention privilege = a substitute payment.
Prologue members are the entry tier, with no maintenance requirement.

Tier-retention Process · LIFECYCLE
The altar fire never goes out;

A tier stays valid for life once attained, but each year you return to renew with a token of intent.

Unlocked upon reaching the threshold
On the day the cumulative amount actually paid reaches the threshold, the tier is unlocked immediately and the associated privileges take effect at the same time.

12-month retention period
A tier must meet either the “maintenance condition” (spending) or the “maintenance entitlement” (a fee) within 12 months.

Threshold not met → 30-day grace period
When the tier-retention condition is not met, the system automatically grants a 30-day grace period. Fulfilling any one condition during this period maintains the original tier eligibility.

Buffer ends → proportional adjustment
If still not topped up when the grace period ends, the tier is proportionally adjusted to the corresponding level based on actual usage and participation.
