Tier
How is it calculated?
Tiers are determined by the actual amount paid, accumulated for life, based on the payment posting date, and unlocked upon reaching the threshold.

Actual amount paid
Tier qualification is based on the actual amount received, excluding discounts, refunds and coupon offsets.

Accumulated for life
Purchase records accumulate for life and never reset to zero; reaching the threshold unlocks that tier’s sequence.

Tier-Retention System
Each tier must meet its retention requirement or pay the retention privilege within 12 months; otherwise it is adjusted to the corresponding tier.
Tier Maintenance Rules · MAINTENANCE
The altar fire never goes out;
Keep the relationship from going cold.
Membership operates on an annual sequence-retention basis and is adjusted each year according to actual usage and participation.
Those not meeting maintenance conditions may top up within a 30-day grace period.
✓ Tier-retention condition · Reach the spending points for that tier within 12 months
✓ Retention privilege · even without spending, you may pay points to maintain your current tier for one year
✓ Grace period · auto-extended 30 days to top up if not met
✓ Not topped up · Tier adjusted proportionally based on actual participation
