The following terms constitute the service agreement between you and Manthai.
These Terms govern a “customized mind-body-spirit service.” Please read every section carefully.

CHAPTER 01
Nature of the Service & Acknowledgment
1.1
Nature of the Mind-Body-Spirit Experience
All services offered on the Manthai platform—including Love Spells, Rituals, fortune reminders, and Sacred Item consultations—fall within the scope of mind-body-spirit guidance, folk belief, and personal experience. The services on this platform do not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, or financial investment advice.
1.2
Statement on Outcome Guarantee
Owing to the special nature of religious and folk beliefs, service outcomes are affected by multiple uncontrollable factors. Manthai expressly states that it “does not guarantee or promise any specific real-world outcome (such as reconciliation of a relationship, improved fortune, etc.)”.
1.3
Who the Service Is For
This service is intended for natural persons aged 18 or above with full legal capacity. Minors or persons under guardianship may use this platform only with the assistance and written consent of their legal representative.
CHAPTER 02
Membership Tiers & Spending Rules
2.1
Points & Tier Positioning
Member points and tiers are used solely for internal identification and service grading on the platform. They hold no cash value and may not be transferred, sold or redeemed for New Taiwan Dollars. Manthai reserves the right to adjust or terminate the points system.
2.2
Tier-Retention System
A tier must meet either the tier-retention condition (spending) or the tier-retention privilege (alternative payment) within 12 months. If the target is not met, the system automatically grants a 30-day grace period; if it is still not fulfilled by the end of the grace period, the tier is adjusted proportionally according to participation.
2.3
Hidden Item Access
Hidden items displayed by tier are special experiential content. Manthai reserves final interpretive authority over their content, unlock conditions and presentation.
2.4
Accuracy of Information
Members shall provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information; if false information prevents the performance of a ritual or the delivery of a Sacred Item, the member bears the consequences alone.
CHAPTER 03
Refund & Termination Terms
3.1
Customized Service Payment Policy
Manthai services are largely customized or real-time labor provision. Pursuant to Article 19(2) of the Consumer Protection Act and the special categories announced by the competent authority, “once a service has commenced, a ritual has been initiated, or a sacred item has been shipped, no refund request of any form will be accepted”.
3.2
Unactivated Orders
If payment has been made but the service has not yet started and the Sacred Item has not yet shipped, the member may contact customer service within 24 hours to request cancellation; the refund will be processed after deducting the payment processor’s handling fee.
3.3
Membership Termination Terms
If a member harasses staff, spreads false statements or engages in unlawful conduct, Manthai has the right to terminate their membership without refunding amounts already spent.
3.4
Service Force Majeure
If the service is delayed or canceled due to force majeure such as natural disaster, illness, or an unforeseen situation involving the Master Ajarn, Manthai will help arrange a make-up performance or an equivalent alternative; no separate refund will be issued.
CHAPTER 04
Legal Notice
4.1
Non-Medical Service Statement
Manthai services “do not constitute medical, psychiatric or psychological counseling acts”. Those with mental or physical illness should seek help from professional medical institutions; the service content must not be used as a reason to delay seeking medical care.
4.2
Confirmation of Voluntary Action
All purchases are voluntary acts made of the member’s own free will, with no coercion, deception, or exploitation of psychological vulnerability. The member confirms that the purchasing decision is a rational and clear-minded choice.
4.3
Intellectual Property Rights
The website content, text, images, design, sacred-item styling and ritual arrangements of the Manthai platform are owned by Manthai or used under lawful license; they may not be reproduced, adapted or used commercially without written consent.
4.4
Court of Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For any dispute arising from these terms, both parties agree that the New Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance, without prejudice to the rights consumers enjoy under the Consumer Protection Act.
4.5
Changes to Terms
Manthai may amend these terms as needed at any time. Amendments will be announced on the official site and take effect 7 days after the announcement. Continued use of the platform by a member constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
