Manthai collects your personal data in the following situations: (1) the name, Email, phone number, date of birth, address, and ID number (used for ritual records and home delivery), and LINE/IG accounts filled in at member registration; (2) browsing behavior (cookies, IP, User Agent); (3) order and purchase records; (4) customer-service conversation records.

1.2

Purpose of data use

Your personal data is used only for: member identity verification, order processing, ritual scheduling, sacred item delivery, customer service responses, membership tier management, retention reminders, promotional notices, and fulfilling statutory obligations (such as taxation). Manthai will not resell your personal data to any third party.

1.3

Data sharing and outsourcing

To deliver the service, Manthai may entrust the necessary data to: payment providers (ECPay, credit-card issuing banks), logistics providers (SF Express, t-cat home delivery), Email-sending providers (Brevo/SendinBlue), and customer-service conversation platforms (Crisp, LINE) for processing. All of the above partners have signed confidentiality agreements and obtain only the minimum data necessary to complete the service.

Data retention period

Member data is retained throughout the account’s active period; after a customer requests account deletion, Manthai will delete personally identifying data within 30 days, but retains transaction records required by law (such as tax vouchers for 7 years).

Your rights

Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to: (1) inspect and copy your own personal data; (2) request supplementation or correction; (3) request the cessation of collection, processing, or use; (4) request deletion. Cookies and tracking

This website uses cookies to remember your login status, cart contents, and site preferences. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features (such as checkout) will become unavailable. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: spamming, harassing customer service, sabotaging website functions, uploading malware, attempting unauthorized system access, and impersonating others.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including text, images, design, Sacred Item designs, ritual arrangements, and trademarks — is copyrighted by Manthai or used under lawful authorization. Without written authorization, you may not reproduce, adapt, or commercially exploit it. However, personal non-commercial sharing is permitted (with the full source link included).

User content

You retain copyright in the comments, reviews, and ratings you post on this website, but you authorize Manthai to quote them anonymously for marketing purposes (without disclosing your identity). Manthai reserves the right to delete unlawful or inappropriate posts and reserves the right to pursue legal action.

Service changes

Manthai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any function of this website at any time without prior notice. Manthai bears no liability for service interruptions caused by website maintenance, updates, or force majeure.

Dispute resolution

The interpretation and application of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
