Is the first consultation paid?

No. New members get their first 3 LINE consultations free, assessed personally by the Manthai assistant. Only if, after the assessment, you decide to obtain a Sacred Item or a ritual will the formal quotation process begin.

Which is faster, LINE or Email?

LINE usually replies within 5-15 minutes; for email we commit to reaching out within 24 hours. For urgent matters or ritual scheduling, we recommend using LINE directly.

Can I consult anonymously?

Yes. For the first contact we only need your nickname and the type of service you’d like to know about; your real name or ID is not required.

What are the customer service hours?

Live staff are on duty 10:00-24:00 (UTC+8 Taiwan time); LINE messages can be sent 24 hours a day, and messages sent in the early hours are prioritized the next day. Service continues as normal on national holidays.

Can I consult in person?

For now we mainly offer online consultations on LINE; depending on the complexity of your case, the Manthai assistant will assess whether to arrange a video call.
