Signatories:

Party A: Yao Ling You Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Party A")

Party B: (hereinafter "Party B")

Both parties hereby agree to enter into this Agreement regarding the one-time transaction of religious services, ceremonies, prayers, consecrations, blessings, lamp-lighting, and related merchandise, under the following terms:

Article 1 – Subject of the Agreement

Party A shall provide the following one-time religious services or merchandise (hereinafter "the Service") based on the registration information, order details, or quotation confirmed by both parties:

This Agreement pertains to a one-time transaction. Party A's obligations shall be deemed fulfilled upon completion of the Service or delivery of the merchandise.

Article 2 – Payment Terms

1. The price of this Agreement shall be based on the order or quotation confirmed by both parties.

2. Party B shall complete payment in full within the agreed timeframe before the registration or ordering process is finalized. Party A is under no obligation to reserve spots or merchandise prior to full payment.

3. Payment methods (select one or more):

(1) Bank transfer, ATM transfer, cash, credit card, or installment payment without a credit card.

(2) Other terms: If there are discrepancies between the actual payment details and the credit card or installment payment request or description, Party B shall be deemed to have consented upon Party A's explanation, and shall not pursue any civil or criminal claims thereafter.

4. If Party B fails to make payment within the specified period, Party A reserves the right to cancel Party B's eligibility without further notice.

5. Once payment is made, no refunds, partial refunds, or transfers to other parties shall be permitted, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.

Article 3 – Nature of Services and Risk Assumption

1. Party B acknowledges that religious services such as prayers, ceremonies, consecrations, blessings, and lamp-lighting are spiritual and faith-based activities whose effects vary from person to person and cannot be measured by scientific or objective standards.

2. Party B confirms that participation in the Service is entirely voluntary and that Party B personally assumes all related psychological expectations and subjective risk perceptions.

3. Party B shall not claim refunds or damages on grounds of "failure to achieve expected results," "differences in personal experience," or "differing interpretations of faith."

Article 4 – Acceptance and Completion

1. The Service shall be deemed fulfilled upon the occurrence of any of the following: the ceremony has been performed, the merchandise has been delivered, the lamp-lighting or registration has been completed, or any other evidence sufficient to prove the completion of the Service.

2. Party B shall not deny the completion of the Agreement on any grounds after the Service has been completed.

Article 5 – Final Confirmation and Waiver of Rights

1. Party B confirms having fully read and understood all terms of this Agreement.

2. Party B agrees that upon signing this Agreement and completing payment, Party B shall be deemed to have fully consented to the contents and performance of this Agreement.

3. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Party A, Party B agrees to waive the following rights: the right to rescind the Agreement, the right to revoke, the right to request refunds, the right to claim damages, and all other civil and criminal claims.

4. Party B shall not initiate any civil, criminal, mediation, arbitration, or other legal proceedings regarding the contents or performance of this Agreement. However, rights that cannot be waived in advance under mandatory legal provisions shall not be subject to this limitation.

Article 6 – Final Confirmation and Irrevocable Terms

1. Party B confirms that this Agreement was signed voluntarily after thorough review, free from fraud, coercion, or error.

2. Party B acknowledges that religious services fall within the scope of spiritual faith, that their effects are immeasurable, and fully understands that there may be no tangible or perceivable results.

3. Party B agrees that this Agreement constitutes a one-time performance contract, which becomes effective upon payment and is not subject to the seven-day cooling-off period (as the service is customized or has already commenced).

4. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Party A, Party B shall not: request refunds, request partial refunds, claim errors or unmet expectations, or seek emotional distress compensation.

5. Should Party B nonetheless file a lawsuit that is dismissed by the court, Party B shall bear all of Party A's attorney fees and litigation costs, and shall compensate Party A in the amount of NT$1,000,000 (one million New Taiwan Dollars).

Article 7 – Force Majeure

In the event that the Service cannot be performed due to natural disasters, government orders, epidemics, venue restrictions, or other causes not attributable to Party A, Party A may postpone the event or adjust its format. Party B shall not request a refund.

Article 8 – Personal Information

Party B consents to Party A collecting and using Party B's personal information for the purposes of religious activity registration, administrative operations, and related notifications.

Article 9 – Retroactive Application to Past Transactions

Party B acknowledges that if prior transactions of merchandise or services exist between both parties before the execution of this Agreement, Party B confirms that all such prior transactions are genuine, were made of Party B's own free will, and Party B shall not deny the existence of such prior transactions.

Both parties agree that all terms of this Agreement shall also apply to all merchandise or services purchased by Party B from Party A prior to the execution of this Agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, the rights and obligations, liability limitations, product nature confirmation, breach liability, and dispute resolution for past transactions of merchandise or services shall be governed entirely by this Agreement.

Party B shall not claim that this Agreement is inapplicable on the grounds that the transaction occurred before the execution of this Agreement.

Article 10 – Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
For any disputes arising from this Agreement, both parties agree that the Taichung District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.

Article 11 – Effective Date

This Agreement shall become effective upon Party B's signature or completion of payment.

Article 12 – Online Registration Confirmation Statement

I hereby confirm:

I confirm that my registration and payment are made of my own free will, and I agree not to seek refunds or compensation based on subjective perceptions, differences in effects, or unmet expectations.
